Corporate Officers

Les Silver, CEO
With 25 years of experience, Les Silver is a well-known pioneer and automotive industry leader. As the founder and former CEO of Newgen Results Corporation – the leading CRM solution for the automotive dealership industry- his credentials uniquely qualify him to lead and develop the vision for MPi. Mr. Silver guides efforts to bring a new generation of workflow-based knowledge systems to the automotive industry.

 

Bob Pringle, President and COO
Bob Pringle is a seasoned leader and 20-year veteran of technology ventures ranging from startups, to Fortune 100 businesses, to private equity firms. He has conceived, founded and built businesses to $25-50 million in revenue. His skills include managing full P&L, strategic planning, raising capital in private and public markets, sales and marketing, operations, technology, merger and acquisition, financial planning, recruiting and cost-containment. He has broad experience in applying technology to accelerate the growth of businesses of all sizes. Mr. Pringle holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, a BAS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Moore School of Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Finance with honors from the University of Chicago.

 

Marcus Daley, CTO
Marcus Daley heads the design and development of MPi EDGE™ and Identifix Direct-Hit™. He brings over 15 years of software development and management experience, is the author of several engineering articles and has been honored with various achievement awards. Mr. Daley comes to Service Repair Solutions, Inc. after an impactful career with Microsoft where he lead many international IT engineering projects, which included building Microsoft’s India IT Development Center from ground zero.

 

Jeff Hislop, CIO to the Corporate Officers
Jeff Hislop leads the internal application development, IT infrastructure and helpdesk support teams for Service Repair Solutions, Inc. Mr. Hislop has held over 20 years of service Identifix, a subsidiary of SRS, Inc., and brings a breadth of industry related experience to the executive team. His background includes diagnostic and repair technician, repair shop manager, automotive instructor, manager of automotive diagnostic tool development programs and co-inventor on a diagnostic patent. In addition to his technology background, Mr. Hislop has held roles in sales, operations, call center management and information technology.

 

R. Kevin O'Shaughnessy, Executive Vice President and CFO
Kevin O’Shaughnessy is a dynamic executive with over 20 years experience ranging from international Fortune 100 companies, mid-market companies, and startup ventures. Kevin was most recently at EDS/HP, where he was responsible for major, multi-hundred-million dollar business segments in the Airline and Healthcare segments. His prior experience includes senior financial and general management roles in companies including BISYS and VNU, along with smaller startup ventures. Kevin earned a BS from George Mason University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
